(CHICAGO – Oct. 12, 2010) Agencies are seeking public comment on label design options and related issues. The goal of the new fuel economy labels is to provide consumers with simple, straightforward energy and environmental comparisons across all types of vehicles, including electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and conventional gasoline-powered vehicles.
Time: Noon to 4 p.m. and 6 to 10 p.m.
Date: Thursday, Oct. 14
