GROUNDBREAKING TO CAP WASTE TO BE HELD AT MCCOLL SUPERFUND SITE

EVENT:
U.S. EPA and the McColl Site Group (MSG) will hold a press availability for interested news organizations to attend the beginning of the construction of a cap on approximately 100,000 cubic yards of hazardous waste at the McColl Superfund site, Fullerton, Calif. The MSG includes Shell, Unocal, ARCO and Texaco.
Officials of U.S. EPA, MSG will be available to answer questions about construction activities for the Superfund site.

Directions: Cross street is Beach St. Go past the Ralph Clark Regional County Park and the McColl site is up the hill and on the right. Park immediately adjacent to the site.
