EPA Employee Honored with Customer Service Award

PHILADELPHIA -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has honored David Byro of Gloucester Township with the second annual Customer Service Award.

Byro, an environmental scientist with the Environmental Services Division, has been with the EPA for 15 years. He is responsible for providing information to state small business offices, arranging meetings and conference calls, researching issues and making information accessible on the Internet.

"David goes above and beyond the call of duty every day. He brings divergent points of views together, presents clear and easy to understand information. Many people seek his assistance and he never turns anyone down," said W. Michael McCabe, EPA’s mid-Atlantic regional administrator.
