EPA awards over $400,000 to the Little Rock Wastewater Utility to address sanitary sewer overflows

(Dallas, Texas – July 10, 2007) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently awarded $477,900 to the Little Rock Wastewater Utility. The utility is planning to construct a wastewater treatment plant that will address sanitary sewer overflows. The funds from this EPA grant will be used for general planning and coordination, site selection, permit assistance, and zoning.
