EVENT:          The U.S. Environmental Protection  
               Agency and the U.S. Department            
               of Health and Human Services will
               announce a grant and the opening          
               of a medical clinic to respond to          
               health concerns of residents living          
               near the Del Amo/Montrose Superfund                            
               sites near Torrance, Calif.
