U.S. EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will speak to students, faculty and members of the Tallahassee community about the problem of global warming at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida on Thursday, September 18 at 2:00 p.m. Browner will discuss the health and environmental impacts of global warming, and the Clinton Administration’s efforts to protect public health and the environment through common sense, cost-effective market-based solutions to curb global warming.
