(CHICAGO - April 27, 2010) An update meeting on the Allied Landfill portion of the Allied Paper/Kalamazoo River Superfund site and 2010 cleanup activities set for Plainwell Dam #2 will be held May 6, 6:30 pm., at the Kalamazoo Radisson Plaza Hotel, 100 W. Michigan Ave.

The recent bankruptcy settlement agreement with Lyondell Chemical Co./Millennium Holdings LLC will also be discussed. The agreement was finalized April 23 with U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
