EPA Administrator Christie Whitman will help commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the Clean Water Act and the Year of Clean Water with fifth graders at Conn Global Communications Magnet School in Raleigh, North Carolina. Administrator Whitman and the students from the "Stream Team" will conduct water monitoring in a stream at the school.
