EPA's Feb. 2 press advisory announcing the new edition of ACCESS EPA 1995/96 stated that a limited number of copies of this document were available for free through federal depository libraries and public libraries across the country. "ACCESS EPA" is not available for free through these libraries, they are only available as reference documents. ACCESS EPA is available electronically through the following:
