EPA Administrator to Hold Energy Town Meeting in Eastern Connecticut

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Christie Whitman will hold an "Energy Town Meeting" in Old Lyme Connecticut on Monday, July 16 along with Rep. Rob Simmons, who represents Connecticut's Second District in Congress.
The administrator will discuss President George W. Bush's energy plan and take questions from citizens. Whitman is one of five cabinet members who will be in different parts of the country talking about the President's plan on Monday.
WHERE: Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection Headquarters, 333 Ferry Road, Old Lyme, CT.
WHEN: 4 p.m., Monday, July 16.
The event is open to the public and members of the media are invited to attend.
