CHICAGO (August 18, 2005) — U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 5 has reached an agreement with QMA Inc. of Elk Grove Village, Ill., for alleged violations of federal rules on hazardous waste.
QMA, located at 1390 Lunt Ave., is now in compliance with all Resource Conservation and Recovery Act requirements for managing hazardous waste.
