(12/23/02) On Monday, Dec. 23, EPA Administrator Christie Whitman joined by U.S. Rep. Phil English (R-Pa.) and Stephen D. Ramsey, Vice President of GE Corporate Environmental Programs will launch the new Evolution Series locomotives that are fuel efficient and that meet EPA’s Tier 2 emission standards two years ahead of schedule.
