LOS ANGELES - This week, President Obama’s Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Lisa P. Jackson visited California for the first time as head of the Agency. On Wednesday, September 30, Administrator Jackson will deliver remarks at the Governors’ Global Climate Summit to discuss a wide range of EPA initiatives that includes the widespread creation of green jobs, protecting children from air pollution around their schools, and cutting the harmful emissions of greenhouse gases that cause climate change - among many others.
