Environmental Education Grants Awarded in Fairbanks

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Alaska Bird Observatory and the University of Alaska's Institute for Arctic Biology, both in Fairbanks, are two of this year's three Alaska recipients of environmental education grants from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
The grant awards were announced today by Chuck Clarke, EPA's Northwest regional administrator in Seattle.
The third grant in Alaska went to Kuigpagmuit Inc. in the Yukon Delta community of Mountain Village.
