White House Chief of Staff John Podesta and Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Carol M. Browner will hold a press conference at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 21 to announce a major action by the Clinton Administration to protect public health and the environment by improving air quality. The details of the press conference are:
