EPA Administrator Christie Whitman will help commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the Clean Water Act and the Year of Clean Water at the National Youth Watershed Summit, hosted by America’s Clean Water Foundation and the Smithsonian Institution. Administrator Whitman will welcome over 250 students and teachers from across the country who are participating in week-long activities at the Smithsonian’s Environmental Research Center and around the Washington area.
