Do you have to recertify data if it is null coded after you have certified the data?

if you replace a sample measurement number with a null code, then AQS will reset the certification flag to "M".  Alternatively, if you have a date-time where there is no raw data value and submit a null code for that date-time then I don't believe that AQS will change the flag.
