How do I delete a lot of Tribal data?

Log in to AQS, click on "Action" from the menu and from the drop-down click on "Tribal Mode On"
From the menu choose "Retrieval" and from the drop-down lick on "Standard Report Selection"
For the "Report Code" field, from the drop-down, choose "AMP501 - Extract Raw Data" Report
At the top of the screen, click on the "Data Selection" tab
Type in the three-digit Tribal Code (example - 750) and click tab
Enter the four-digit Site ID (example - 7004), tab over to "Date Criteria" box and type in your date range for the data you wish to extract
Go back to the top of the screen and click the "Report Options"
For "Action Indicator" row you should pick "Delete" from the drop-down
Now click on the "Generate Report" button
This will deliver a PDF file and a text file; the text file is a pipe delimited transaction file with a transaction code of "D" for "Delete"
This file has every record for the site within your date range, if you then load the file using the batch form it will delete every record from the site.
