Abstract:
This report describes the contributions that benefit-cost analysis has made to EPA's regulatory process, the various statutory provisions that affect EPA's use of these analyses in regulatory decision making, and how EPA is working to improve future benefit-cost analyses. Includes executive summaries of 15 benefit-cost analyses discussed in the report.
