Rule Summary
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued a final rule on June 7, 2017 (82 FR 26354) to relax the federal volatility (RVP) standard applicable to gasoline supplied to the Middle Tennessee Area from 7.8 pounds per square inch (psi) to 9.0 psi during the summer ozone season. The final rule is effective as of June 7, 2017.
