LLAP Guide Checklists
The Local Lead Action Plan (LLAP) Guide includes three checklists designed to help local government officials assess lead presence, identify current or emerging lead issues, and identify opportunities to address lead in their local area. Once completed, these checklists can help local government officials develop an action plan to address the identified lead issues using the Local Lead Action Plan Template.
Lead programs and the issues they address often span the jurisdiction of multiple local governmental departments or divisions, including health, water, permitting, community development, enforcement and others. It is recommended that these checklists are filled out by a team of local government officials representing the various entities that have jurisdiction over lead programs in their local area.
