EPA’s Pacific Southwest (Region 9) implements and enforces federal environmental laws in the U.S. Pacific Territories of American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), and Guam; U.S. Minor Outlying Islands in the Pacific; and the Freely Associated States of the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
