EPA alleges that the respondent exceeded NPDES permit limits for total suspended solids, ammonia, and E. coli, and failed to timely submit a required wasteload assessment.
This action is being simultaneously commenced and concluded in a legal document called an Expedited Settlement Agreement. Under the proposed agreement (see "Related Documents"), the Town of Rosalia will pay a civil penalty of $488.
