General Duty Clause Fact Sheet

Section 112(r)(1) of the Clean Air Act, also known as the General Duty Clause (GDC), makes the owners/operators of facilities with regulated hazardous substances responsible for managing chemicals safely. The fact sheet has also been translated to Spanish and Vietnamese.
