Stimson Lumber Company Non-Title V Air Permit
This page contains documents related to EPA's issuance of a non-Title V air quality operating permit to Stimson Lumber Company for its lumber mill located in Plummer, Idaho on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation. The non-Title V permit limits hazardous air pollutants (HAP) annual emissions to less than 9 tons of any one HAP and to less than 24 tons of all HAP combined, making it an area (non-major) source of HAP.
