Third Second Fuel Waiver Concerning Low Volatility Gasoline in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania

On June 27, 2019, EPA issued a new emergency waiver of the 7.8 Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) SIP requirements and Reformulated Gasoline (RFG) commingling requirements for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
