Contact Us About Private Wells
For information and resources about private wells and well maintenance and testing, visit the Private Well Class program’s Private Well Help Center. The Help Center is a collaboration between the Rural Community Assistance Partnership and the Illinois State Water Survey at the University of Illinois, with funding from the U.S. EPA.
The Help Center includes a toll-free hotline at 1-866-945-0699 where well owners can receive answers to questions about private wells and well care from a Private Well Class team member from 8:30am to 4:30pm Central Time Monday through Friday, as well as 24/7 online chat feature and online resources.
