Application Resources
On December 12, 2023, SNEP partnered with the EPA Region 1 Grants Office to host a grant-specific webinar. The goal of this webinar was to provide further guidance on how to fill out the remaining required grant documents related to the FY23 competition cycle of the SNEP Opportunity to Advance Resilience (SOAR) Fund. Specifically: the SF-424A, the Key Contacts Form 5700-54, the Pre-award Compliance Form 4700-4, the 6600-06 lobbying form, and the certification of an organization’s approved indirect costs (IDC) rate. While this webinar was geared towards SOAR recipients, the information in this webinar is useful for anyone applying for EPA-SNEP funding.
