Description
Hello Partners! We are announcing our 2025 Partners Meeting as well as the Aviation Technology Forum held March 12th through 14th, 2025.
EPA Regions 9 and 10 are pleased to announce a partnership with the Columbia-Willamette Clean Cities Coalition, Sacramento Clean Cities Coalition, East Bay Clean Cities Coalition, and Long Beach Clean Cities Coalition to co-host the 20th Anniversary West Coast Collaborative Partners Meeting (WCCPM). Co-located with the WCCPM, EPA will partner with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) to co-host an Aviation Technology Forum. These events will take place on March 12-14, 2025, at Cal Expo in Sacramento, California.
The WCCPM is a periodic conference coordinated by the EPA to convene leaders and experts from government, industry, non-profits, academia, native tribes, and communities to explore new strategies to reduce mobile source emissions in the western region of the United States. The WCCPM program will span March 12-13, 2025.
The Aviation Technology Forum (Forum) will feature one and a half days of presentations and panels on topics including: lowering NOx emissions from aircraft, on-airport operations management, operational practices, economics of aircraft routing, among others. This Forum will be jointly hosted by the EPA, CARB, and SCAQMD. The Forum program will span March 13-14, 2025, at the same venue as the WCCPM. Learn more at CARB's Aircraft & Airports website.
Please stay tuned for further announcements about these events including registration, lodging and agendas as we approach the meeting dates.
We look forward to seeing you all in Sacramento in March!
P.S. Note that the EPA distributes a WCC Communicator newsletter, which is designed to inform subscribers about recent mobile source related announcements, events, funding opportunities, and more. Please help us keep the contents of the WCC Communicator current by emailing relevant information to James Harren ([email protected]) at EPA Region 9.
