It also showcases 13 municipalities’ water quality challenges, integrated planning priorities, infrastructure investments and preliminary results.

In the Report to Congress on Integrated Plans to Comply with the Water Infrastructure Improvement Act of 2019, EPA profiles 13 municipalities that have completed integrated plans and implemented them through permits, orders, or judicial consent decrees.
